Corporate Urban Promotions tries to make every attempt to make your buying experience efficient and comprehensive, however, we do understand the need to see sample products.
Due to the demand of sample requests, there is a handling charge of $10.00 per item. This does not include the price of the sample nor the shipping costs.
When an order is placed with Urban Promotions within 30 days of receipt of sample, then a credit will be applied to your order. The credit will be the cost of the sample and the $10.00 handling fee only. If multiple samples are requested we will only credit against actual items ordered, not all samples, as samples are not returnable.
